Customer Feedback Analyzer
Paste up to 50 reviews, survey answers or support messages. See the mood, the top themes and what needs a reply today.
How it works
- Paste your feedback with one comment on each line. Reviews, survey answers and support emails all work.
- The analyzer tags each line: positive, neutral or negative, one or two themes, and how urgent it is.
- You get the mood split, the top themes with counts, the urgent items to answer first, and the words people use most.
Worked example: 8 comments
Say you paste these 8 lines:
The app crashes every time I open the camera.
Love the new design, it is so much cleaner.
Please add a dark mode for night use.
I was charged twice this month and want a refund.
Sync between my phone and tablet is slow.
Great support team, they fixed my issue in a day.
It crashed again after the update and I lost my draft.
Would love an export to CSV.
The free keyword method marks 4 as negative, 2 as neutral and 2 as positive. "Crashes & Bugs" shows up in 2 lines, so it tops the theme list. 3 lines get flagged as urgent, like the one about being charged twice.
With AI on, the themes get more specific, but the counts work the same way: we add them up from your lines.
Questions people ask
What kind of feedback can I paste?
Anything people write to you: app reviews, survey answers, support emails, chat messages or notes from sales calls. Put one piece of feedback on each line. You can paste up to 50 lines at a time.
How does it find themes?
With AI on, it reads each line and tags its mood, themes and urgency. Without AI, it uses a keyword method. It looks for words linked to topics like bugs, price, speed or support. Either way, we count the results ourselves, so the numbers match what you pasted.
What counts as urgent?
Feedback from someone who is blocked, losing money or about to leave. Words like cancel, refund, crash or locked out raise the flag. Reply to these first.
Is my feedback saved?
No. We analyze it and then forget it. Nothing is stored in an account. When AI is on, the text goes to our AI provider for the analysis.
How is this different from the paid plans?
This tool looks at one batch, once. The paid plans pull in new reviews and feedback on their own, tag every item, track themes over time and warn you about churn risks.
Track your feedback, not just one batch
Synthiya pulls in reviews, support tickets and survey answers as they arrive. It tags each one and shows which themes are growing.
